Excellent solution. I knew you wanted to work with images, but I had no idea that this was what you had in mind. Very well done. It's rather mesmerizing to watch, and the overlapping photos combine to make new images, so cool. You were very smart with the placement of each image, so everything lines up when they overlap. I don't have a whole lot of criticism, but I do think it would have been cool if you'd edited the photos a bit beforehand to make them your own before you started...
